Please note that the journal Editorial Office is not involved in any decisions to accept any manuscripts. Our Academic Editor made the decision only based on the overall quality of the manuscript and the reports received from reviewers (who are senior experts in the relevant field with no conflict of interest to the authors). Our goal is to make science and research findings as open and quickly accessible as possible, and this goal informs all of the journal Editorial Office and every facet of our operations.
